About this Project
KBS worked closely with the founders to define requirements and develop a complete solution from concept design to product launch. Our Strategy experts developed a brand strategy and a detailed pricing model, and also designed a complete operating model, including a talent management strategy. We designed and built a complete cloud-based reservation platform to manage hotel properties and maximize visibility across all major distribution channels. There are two main systems, Property Management System (PMS) and Central Reservation System (CRS), used to manage enterprise hotel properties and operations. Traditionally, the PMS and CRS operate separately from one another, with regular synchronization issues required to match data between the two systems. Since many of the functions in these systems are duplicated and often these systems are not integrated, it can cause significant inconsistencies with available rate and inventory across different distribution channels. KBS designed All-In-One Reservation Platform addresses these challenges by eliminating the two-system (CRS/PMS) paradigm, with everything needed under one-platform; whether it be for,
