Enterprise & Security Architecture Build for a Strategic Initiative
Melia Hotels, a global recognized brand in the hotel industry retained KBS to provide consulting services and redesign its Enterprise Architecture and Property Security Architecture. Our experts developed an enterprise target architecture designed to minimize the cost of making major systems changes. We performed an assessment for the current on-property architecture to support securely accepting payments within the clients’ hotels and developed a Target Architecture that helped reduce the risk of payment information loss, better protect the guests, and reduce the on-going costs associated with meeting the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS). We also performed market assessment for the Payment Gateway solutions to meet clients’ global credit card requirements and provided detailed assessment documentation including a short-list of recommended products.
Our initial engagement with Melia Hotels International began with general IT support. However, based on our outstanding performance, Melia Hotel International increased the scope of our engagement to include providing lead consulting services for multiple major strategic initiatives valued at over $1.2B. We also supported Melia with significant on-property security improvements with an estimated implementation cost of over $20M.

Sports Analytics & Gaming Platform Build
CAPR is a startup in the sports analytics and gaming betting services. KBS was selected to architect, design and develop a complete gaming platform for the sports professional handicappers & enthusiasts to provide and subscribe various gaming services. As part of this platform, KBS also built real-time interfaces to various sports books such as BetMGM, Barstool Sportbooks, BetOnline, BetRivers, DraftKings, FanDuel, just to name a few.

Risk Management
Keybridge Solutions revamped the company’s risk management system, developing a comprehensive and innovative framework to identify, assess, and mitigate business risks and uncertainties. Our risk management expert worked closely with the CXO to review current business risks, implement a new approach separating known risks, unknown risks, and uncertainties and identify relevant indicators to help staff monitor emerging risks. Our work helped identify several previously ignored risks and helped prepare the company for uncertainties.

Keybridge Solutions was retained by a North American real estate developer to conduct a diagnosis of their program and project-delivery system.
